DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 0130Z APRIL 21, 2006.

New York:
A small fire in Suffolk county, Long Island is producing a smoke plume
of thin density and is blowing southward over the Atlantic Ocean.

Colorado:
In Montezuma county in southwest Colorado, a fire is producing a rather
dense smoke plume that is moving southeast into La Plata county and
crossing the border into northwest New Mexico.  There is also a fire
in Archuleta county producing a narrow plume of moderately dense smoke
heading south into northern New Mexico.

Utah/Wyoming:
Fires in Summit county Utah are producing thin smoke plumes spreading
eastward across the border into Vinta County Wyoming.
