DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 0300Z November 19, 2006

Florida:
A fire in Broward county is producing a moderately dense plume of smoke
moving east but staying within the county line.  An area of light to
moderately dense smoke is associated with fires burning in Palm Beach
county.  The point source is hard to determine.
A fire on the border of Wakulla and Leon counties is emitting a moderately
dense plume of smoke moving south into the northeastern section of the
Gulf of Mexico.

Arkansas:
In Bradley county a fire is emitting a light plume of smoke moving
southeast into Ashley county.

Texas:
A fire on the Marion/Cass county border is producing a light plume of
smoke moving south into Harrison county.  In Galveston a fire is emitting
a moderately dense plume of smoke moving south into the Gulf of Mexico.

Oklahoma:
A fire in Pushmatcha county is emitting a narrow plume of smoke moving
south into the county of Red River located in northeastern Texas.

Louisiana:
In western Cameron county a fire is emitting a moderately dense plume
of smoke moving south into the Gulf of Mexico.  In Beauregard county a
thin smoke plume is moving south into Calcasieu county.

New Mexico:
A fire in Rio Arriba county is emitting a moderately dense plume of
smoke moving southeast into Taos, Mora and San Miguel counties.

California:
Just before the last visible image of the day, smoke can be seen emitting
from a fire in Los Angeles county moving east into western San Bernardino
county.
