DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 0140Z February 6, 2007

Texas:
A fire in southern Coryell county of Texas is producing a thin to
moderately dense plume of smoke that is moving northward into northern
Coryell county.

Louisiana:
Two fires in western Winn county of central Louisiana are producing
moderately dense plumes of smoke that are moving southeastward. A fire in
vermilion county is producing a moderately dense plume of northwesterly
smoke.

Mississippi:
A bunch of fires in southwestern counties of Mississippi, including
Jasper, Wayne, Lammar, Forrest, and Stone, are producing thin to
moderately dense plumes of smoke that are moving either southward or
southeastward.

Alabama:
A fire in southern Bibb county of central Alabama is producing a thin
plume of smoke that is moving southerly into western Autauga county. A
fire in southern Lawrence county is producing a thin plume of smoke that
is moving southward into central Winston county.

South Carolina:
A fire in Aiken county of western South Carolina is producing a thin
plume of smoke that is moving southwesterly into central Barnwell county.
