DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY

Southeastern U.S. The fires in the southeastern U.S. are just beginning to become active again this morning and so far only one is producing a smoke plume that can be seen in GOES satellite imagery. A fire near the border of Heard and Carroll Counties in Georgia is producing a narrow moderate smoke plume that extends toward the northeast.
