Canada: Fires in northern Alberta produced moderate and heavy smoke that drifted northward between the Great Slave Lake and Lake Athabasca. Fires in northern Saskatchewan southwest of Reindeer Lake caused a plume of moderate and heavy smoke that stretched to the southeast over northern Manitoba.
