An area of mostly light density smoke, from fire activity over the Southwestern United States, was seen extending from portions of the Upper Midwest States southwest into portions of Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska. North Atlantic Ocean... An area of light density smoke likely associated with fire activity across the central United States was seen over the North Atlantic Ocean. Gulf Coast of Mexico and southern Texas…. An area of light density smoke, from fire activity over Mexico, was seen extending along the east coast of Mexico into southern Texas. Hanna THIS TEXT PRODUCT IS PRIMARILY INTENDED TO DESCRIBE SIGNIFICANT AREAS OF SMOKE ASSOCIATED WITH ACTIVE FIRES AND SMOKE WHICH HAS BECOME DETACHED FROM THE FIRES AND DRIFTED SOME DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE SOURCE FIRE, TYPICALLY OVER THE COURSE OF ONE OR MORE DAYS. AREAS OF BLOWING DUST ARE ALSO DESCRIBED.
