*Details/Specifics of Change:*NOAA will test a new dissemination scheme
for the copy of the DCS re-broadcast over LRIT. We will accept a set of
files into LRIT from the DCS DADDS system and broadcast them for
approximately 5 minutes or less during the hour. We do not expect an
outage or significant delay in deliver. GOES DCS users may see a
duplicate set of files for a short time period.**
