Details/Specifics of Change: GCOM data is REALLY slow coming to IDPS. Currently, IDPS has not received GCOM data from Rev 10451. The data sits on the GCOM server, but doesn't ship for about an hour past its estimated arrival time. After each pass, that time is increasing (and getting closer to the AOS time of the next pass).
