Details/Specifics of Change: The ESPC plans to failover to the Critical
Infrastructure Protection (CIP) site on May 28th, 2014 in support
of the
ESPC CIP Contingency Exercise. During this time, S-NPP data from the
NDE real-time system will not be available when the network connections
are switched over at 12:30 UTC on May 28, 2014 to the Wallops CIP site
for 7 hours as part of this annual exercise. The real-time data
delivery from the S-NPP will resume after the exercise is concluded at
19:30 UTC on May 28, 2014.
