Detail:		Jason-2 excess fuel depletion manoeuvres are
scheduled on
2018-04-06 (first burn at 00:54:32 UTC and second burn on 06:29:58 UTC)
and on 2018-04-08 (first burn at 23:49:30 UTC and second burn at
05:25:02 UTC), resulting in radial orbit errors in the OGDRs. OGDR
products may be degraded 30 minutes before and up to 2 hours after the
manoeuvres.
