Detail:		Channels S01 to S04 ("day channels") will be switched
on during
night time acquisitions during the time frames indicated below. Instead
of having the S01 to S04 netCDF files filled with ?fill value?, they
will be populated with instrument sensed data. This will increase the
data volume from 700KB to ~8700KB and will also increase the processing
time for those products. The time frames are: 10/01 22:13 to 22:19;
11/01 21:47 to 21:53; 12/01 21:21 to 21:27; 14/01 22:09 to 22:15; 15/01
21:43 to 21:49; 16/01 21:17 to 21:23; 18/01 22:05 to 22:11; 19/01 21:39
to 21:45; 20/01 21:13 to 21:19; 22/01 22:02 to 22:08; 23/01 21:35
to 21:42
