The Verizon repair team believes that the move will resolve the ongoing issue with the circuit. They also report there was extensive circuit testing done over the last week to test the T1 to the site and this may have caused the bouncing. Counters have been cleared on both sides and is being monitored for errors. Since the USMCC has reported the circuit now down hard, the ticket is back with the repair team for further investigation. ***Update #2:*** Guam 1 and 2 have returned to normal operations as of 0516Z.
