    Detail:     An update to the BUFR encoding of the IASI
    Atmospheric
    Temperature Water Vapour and Surface Skin Temperature (TWT) product
    was implemented on 16/02/2017. This update fixed an anomaly on the
    surface pressure encoding in the TWT product. According to
    specifications, users should apply a factor 0.1 to the values
    in the
    BUFR products. So far, the surface pressure was encoded without
    this
    scale factor. The situation is now corrected and the factor 0.1
    shall be applied as specified.<br>
