Details/Specifics of Change: On March 8, 2017, ESPC officially
transitioned
the new S-NPP/GCOM-W1 data processing/distribution systems to
operations.
Products from this new ground system are distributed via the Product,
Distribution and Access (PDA) dissemination system.  The old NDE 1.0
distribution system was kept on for four weeks to enable users to
have a
smooth transition.  This transition period will be ending as the
NDE 1.0
distribution systems will be turned off on April 6, 2017.  The only
source
for these products after April 6, 2017 will be from the PDA
dissemination system.
