conduct a failover test to the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
site. Data from S-NPP and US EARS stations might be interrupted or
delayed during the maintenance period. [Rev. 2]: Due to the threat of
severe weather in the Central U.S., the failover test has been
rescheduled to the new date.
