Detail:     Release of new Processing Baseline 2.16, with the following
changes: Implementation of OLCI radiometric temporal evolution model.
The model has been derived using OLCI radiometric calibration
measurements collected since the Sentinel-3A launch and using a new
solar diffuser relative Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function
obtained from a day sequence of spacecraft yaw manoeuvres. [Rev. 2]:
The
release of the new Processing Baseline 2.16 has been postponed to
05/07/2017. [Rev. 3]: All products with creation time after 13:10 UTC
will be processed with the new processing baseline. Please follow the
