Detail:     Release of new Processing Baseline 2.16, with the following
changes: Improved cloud screening and filtering and SST quality Level
and Sensor Specific Error Statistics. [Rev. 2]: The release of the new
Processing Baseline has been postponed to 05/07/2017. The version
of the
new Processing Baseline will be 2.17 (instead of 2.16). [Rev. 3]: All
products with creation time after 13:10 UTC will be processed with the
