CBM activation, and CBM backout will be commanded from Block 2.0 during Svalbard contacts and as a result some of the ATMS Scan Reversals may be missed and/or manually commanded from ground. No other instrument or data impacts are expected, as the CBM will be stopped and backed out before any spacecraft reconfiguration occurs. Details/Specifics of Change:  
On Tuesday July 25, SNPP will conduct an on-orbit test of activating the On-board Stored Maneuver Sequence (OSMS) Command Block Memory (CBM) from the Block 2.0 ground system to determine the timings and delays associated with activating the CBM from Block 2.0.  CBM activation, and CBM backout will be commanded from Block 2.0 during Svalbard contacts and as a result some of the ATMS Scan Reversals may be missed and/or manually commanded from ground.  No other instrument or data impacts are expected, as the CBM will be stopped and backed out before any spacecraft reconfiguration occurs.
