Detail: New Meteosat MPEF (Meteorological Product Extraction
Facility) release, for an update of the calibration coefficients
for
the visible channels (VIS-0.6, VIS-0.8, VIS-1.6, and HRVIS) of all
three spacecraft. Additionally, the parameter identifiers in
the OCA
GRIB products will be modified. There will be a 2-hour down time
followed by a 4-hour high risk period between 09:00 and 15:00
UTC on
9 August 2017 for the IODC service and the 9.5 degree RSS and on 10
August 2017 for the 0 degree service. For full details, see the URL
