*Update#1- Final Update:* As the USMCC was re-configuring LSE to send
data to our offsite system, the leolut software did not stop properly,
causing communications to hang. When vendor maintenance discovered this
problem, they manually terminated the software, and restarted the
system
which returned operations to normal.
