Two very short GOES-16 calibration scans for lunar trending will be
performed on November 3, 2017, from 1649-1651 UTC and 1749-1751 UTC
resulting in an outage for ABI MESO-2 products for about 2 minutes
for each
event. ABI MESO-1 will still be available during this time.
