Detail:		Station keeping in-plane manoeuvre. The semi-major
axis will be
decreased by -4.3 m resulting in radial orbit errors in the OGDRs. OGDR
products may be degraded 30 minutes before and up to 2 hours after the
manoeuvre. This will affect the sea surface height, but not the
wind and
wave content in the products.
