In his trouble shooting efforts, the components were dis-assembled and re-assembled. After re-assembly, the two hub units started to communicate again. A subsequent review of the GU1 system showed the next pass being successfully tracked. *Update #2: *Regarding Guam 2, the power supply for the Location Processor server was swapped and both indexers in the Antenna Control Unit replaced. Since the component replacements, Guam 2 is successfully tracking passes. With respect to Guam 1, there is an issue with communications from the equipment rack to its Antenna Control Unit. These power issues caused a failure of the Guam2 Location Processor and the Guam1 Antenna Control Unit.
