REMARKS...AFTER A FEW HOURS OF WARMING OF THE CONVECTION SHIELD A
NEW DEEP BURST OF CONVECTION CAN BE SEEN ON THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF
THE LLC BUT THE CU BANDS OF THE INNER CIRCULATION CAN BE SEEN
WELL ON VIS IMAGERY SHOWING THE WEAKENING THAT HAS ALREADY TAKEN
PLACE. THOUGH INTENSIFICATION MAY BE CURRENTLY OCCURRING WITH THE
NEW BURST...DT IS 3.0 BASED ON LLC FROM DEEP CONVECTION (SHEAR
METHOD).  PT IS 3.0. MET IS 3.0. FT IS 3.0 BASED ON DT. CI IS
HELD AT 3.5 PER WEAKENING RULES.  DRY AIR APPEARS TO BE A
SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM AS VISIBLE LOOP SHOWS MULTIPLE OUTFLOW
BOUNDARIES INDICATIVE OF DRY AIR ENTRAINMENT.
