REMARKS...EIR LOOP SHOWS A DISORGANIZED AREA OF CONVECTION THAT
GIVES LITTLE TO NO HINTS ON CENTER LOCATION.  HOWEVER THE 1757Z
AMSRE PASS WAS VERY TELLING WITH AN EXPOSED LLC WITH A CURVED
BAND OF DISPLACED CONVECTION TOWARD THE SW AND W SUGGESTING SOME
SHEARING...UW-CIMSS SHEAR ANALYSIS SHOWED VALUES OF NEAR 7 M/S
WHICH IS GOOD FOR DISPLACEMENT OF CONVECTION BUT NOT TOO
DISRUPTIVE ATTM.  STILL THE CENTER IS EMBEDDED IN DG CONVECTION
ON IR FOR DT OF 3.5...THOUGH IRREGULAR CDO WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
IF VISIBLE WAS AVAILABLE.  MET IS STEADY AT 3.5. PT IS 3.0 FOR
DISORGANIZED APPEARANCE. SINCE CONVECTION IS NOT VERY SYMMETRIC
IN SHAPE WILL MAKE FT 3.0 BASED ON PT WHILE CI WILL HOLD 3.5.

POSITION ACCURATE WITHIN 60 NMI.
