CONVECTION. SWIR IMAGERY SINCE THEN SUGGESTS THIS CIRCULATION HAS
FURTHER DEVOLVED. EIR IMAGERY SHOWS SOME HIGH LEVEL EASTERLY WINDS AND
MID LEVEL CENTER IN THE VICINITY OF 13.1N 145.5E.  DT OF 1.0 IS BASED ON
A CIRCULATION CHARACTERIZED BY LOOSELY DEFINED CLOUD LINES WITH A CENTER
LESS THAN 1.25 DEGREES FROM A SMALL COLD OVERCAST. MET IS ALSO 1.0 WHILE
PT IS 1.5. FT IS BASED ON PT BECAUSE UNCERTAINTY IN THE PRECISE CENTER
MAKES THE DT SUSPECT.
