H.  REMARKS...ANALYSIS OF ANIMATED SW AND LW IR, FIRST LIGHT VISIBLE AND
RECENT MICROWAVE DATA SUGGEST THAT THE CONVECTIVE CLOUD SYSTEM ASSOCIATED
WITH JELAWAT IS INTERACTING WITH A LARGER SCALE EXTRATROPICAL SYSTEM. AS A
RESULT THE SYSTEM IS NEITHER PURELY TROPICAL IN NATURE NOR WELL RESOLVED
BY THE DVORAK TECHNIQUE. THE CIMSS AMSU TROPICAL CYCLONE HOMEPAGE SHOWS
THAT A WARM CORE ANOMALY IS NO LONGER PRESENT AT 100 MB, WHICH FURTHER
SUGGESTS THE SYSTEM IS NO LONGER PURELY TROPICAL IN NATURE. THIS WILL
BE THE FINAL BULLETIN ISSUED.
