DT OF 1.0. THE MET IS LESS THAN 1.0 BASED ON A WEAKENING TREND IN APPARENT
INTENSITY OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE PT IS ALSO LESS THAN 1.0. THE FT IS
BASED ON CONSTRAINTS LIMITING CHANGE IN INTENSITY OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS
TO 1.0 T NUMBERS. THE DT IS REJECTED DUE TO UNCERTAINTY IN PRECISE CENTER
LOCATION WITH FURTHER EXPLANANTION BELOW. THE LLCC HAS DISASSOCIATED FROM
THE LARGER AREA OF CONVECTION WITH WHICH IT HAD BEEN COUPLED. OF NOTE IS
THE APPEARANCE OF A SECOND DEVELOPING LLCC OR SATELLITE VORTEX CLOSER TO
THE AFOREMENTIONED LARGER AREA OF CONVECTION AT (14.0S, 108.6W). THIS
SECOND LLCC ALSO APPEARS ON THE 2036Z SSMI/S IMAGE AND WOULD IMPLY A
SLIGHTLY STRONGER SYSTEM IF IT IS BECOMING THE DOMINANT LLCC.
