This directory will be used to store all Areal-TRaP images, 
both the SSM/I rain rate and the rainfall potential images.

The file name format is as follows:

TP_(name)_(lat).GIF
for TRaP images, where (name) is the storm name and 
(lat) is the latitude of the center point for the image.

SS_(name)_(lat).GIF
same as above, except this is the SSM/I rain rate image.
