MULTISPECTRAL IMAGERY. WINDS FORECAST FROM THE AVIATION MODEL.

ERUPTION DETAILS: OCCASIONAL EMISSIONS OF GASES AND ASH.

DETAILS OF ASH: GOES-8 IMAGERY THROUGH 0215 UTC SHOWED MID
LEVEL CLOUDS WHICH PRECLUDED THE DETECTION OF ANY ASH.  PRIOR
TO THE ARRIVAL OF THESE CLOUDS THE 13/2145 UTC VISIBLE IMAGE
SHOWED A PLUME ESTIMATED AT FL190 EXTENDING TO THE WEST
SOUTHWEST OF THE SUMMIT. LATACUNGA REPORTED VOLCANIC ASH OVER
THE VOLCANO AT 2200 UTC.  THE ASH PLUME 
.
TRAJECTORY: ANY REMAINING ASH AT FL190 WOULD MOVE TOWARDS THE
WEST AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS.
