REMARKS: THE MEXICO CITY MWO REPORTED AN
EXHALATION OF ASH BEGINNING AT 14/0425Z.  ASH AND
STEAM WERE VISIBLE IN THE WEB CAMERA FOR SEVERAL
MINUTES AFTER THE EXHALATION.  A BRIGHT HOT SPOT
WAS VISIBLE IN IR CHANNEL 2 IMAGERY AT 14/0432Z
WITH  BOTH PLUME AND HOT SPOT VISIBLE IN
MULTISPECTRAL IMAGERY AT 0445Z.  THE PLUME IS
MOVING RAPIDLY TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AND IS
ESTIMATED TO BE UP TO FL250.  ...
