California: The smoke associated with the Southern California fires of Topanga and Burbank are much less distinct on satellite imagery this morning and are very difficult to discern from the low clouds offshore. The most identifiable and densest smoke plume extends from the Burbank fire 15 miles northwest to the vicinity of La Quinta in western Los Angeles county. Hanna
