Florida: A pocket of thin smoke is moving northward across Lake Okeechobee from multiple small fires burning in the sugarcane fields in the swampland south of the lake. California: Small agricultural fires burning in the northern portions of the Sacramento Valley are producing thin smoke plumes that are drifting south mainly on the western side of the Valley along the higher elevations of the Coastal Ranges.
