DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 0215Z February 21, 2007

Florida:
Numerous fires are burning across the state with smoke producing ones
in the counties of Palm Beach, Highlands, Glades, Okeechobee, Osceola,
Hernando and Lake.  The largest of these fires is in Osceola county. The
fire is emitting moderate smoke northeast across Brevard county into
the Atlantic.  The smoke stretches between 160-180 km from the source.

Oklahoma/Arkansas:
A large fire in Le Flore county Oklahoma is emitting a moderate plume
of smoke east NE into the counties of Logan, Scott, Sebastian, Johnson,
Pope, Franklin and Yell in Arkansas.  In Adair county Oklahoma a fire is
producing light smoke that is moving east NE into Crawford and Washington
counties Arkansas.
On the border of Pittsburg and Latimier counties in Oklahoma, a fire is
emitting light smoke moving east NE into Le Flore, Haskell and Sequoyah
counties in Oklahoma.

California/Nevada:
A moderate smoke producing fire in Conway county is emitting smoke
into the counties of Inyo in California and Esmeralda in Nevada.
Smaller fires producing light smoke are in the counties of Monterey and
Lassen in California.
