DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 1600Z May 10, 2007

Southeast US:
The large fire in Clinch county, Georgia, is producing very dense smoke
that is moving to the southwest across northern Florida.

Residual smoke from the fires throughout southeastern Georgia can be
seen mixed in with the tropical storm.

Minnesota/Ontario:
The large fire on the border of Minnesota and Ontario is producing
a significant amount of dense smoke that is moving to the east over
Lake Superior.  Residual smoke produced by this fire yesterday, can be
seen moving to southwest over eastern Wisconsin, across Lake Michigan
and into central Michigan.
