Canada: Fires in northern Alberta produced light and moderate smoke that swirled west of Lake Claire and Lake Athabasca and moved northward to Great Slave Lake. Thin smoke from the fires in Saskatchewan and Alberta moved to the east and then northeast across Manitoba and Hudson Bay.
