DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 0215Z NOVEMBER 10, 2008

Oklahoma:
A fire in SE Pushmataha county is producing thin smoke moving NW,
but staying within the county border.  Another fire located in NW
Pushmataha county is emitting thin smoke moving NW into Atoka and
Pittsburg counties.  In SE Coal county a fire is emitting thin smoke
extending NW into Hughes county.

Texas:
In N Polk county a fire is producing thin smoke stretching NW into
Angelina and Trinity counties.  In S Jefferson county two fires are
producing thin smoke moving NW into Hardin, Liberty and Chambers counties.
In W Cameron county a fire is producing thin smoke moving NW into
Jefferson, Orange and Hardin counties.

Louisiana:
In W Natchitoches county thin smoke is moving SW into Sabine.  A fire
in NW Beauregard county is emitting thin smoke extending N into Vernon
and Newton counties.  In N Assumption county a fire is producing thin
smoke moving N into Iberville, Ascension and Iberia counties.

Arkansas:
In C Ouachita county a fire is producing light smoke moving S into Union
and Calhoun counties.  In E Randolph county a fire is producing thin
smoke moving east into Greene and Clay counties.  Several other small
fires across the state are producing very light smoke plumes.
