Western Gulf of Mexico: Continued high output of smoke emits from countless fires across the Yucatan and N Central American regions into the Gulf of Campeche and western GoM. Today the smoke is religated to the far western Gulf west of 95W. Far southern counties of Texas are affected by some thin smoke...and becomes more dense along the Gulf states in Mexico. Smoke and haze that was pulled north into OK/KS/N TX has either become too thin to see or has been pulled into the large mesoscale complex that extends from the TX panhandle to Lake Michigan.
