As such smoke consolidates along the SW periphery of the cyclone and becomes dense in a narrow band across SW Ontario into NE Ontario (across Lake Nipigon to Kirkland Lake ON). Moderate smoke also connects up on the NW periphery of the shortwave and is influenced by a weak frontal boundary across Southern Hudson Bay just N of the Belcher Islands.
