DESCRIPTIVE TEXT NARRATIVE FOR SMOKE/DUST OBSERVED IN SATELLITE IMAGERY
THROUGH 1752Z March 25, 2018

SMOKE:
Florida...
Remnant smoke from wildfires in Collier County, Florida continue to be
visible in satellite imagery this morning and afternoon. Light density
smoke stretches across the Florida Strait and now today up and over
Orlando. Moderate and heavily dense smoke remains close to the source
and over St. Petersburg. Several fires located on Cape Canaveral are
producing light to heavily dense smoke that has combined with remnant
smoke from the Collier fires that is now being carried towards the
northeast and out to sea.
