A tremendous area of light to moderate density smoke from this activity extended as far east as western Quebec in Canada extending south to New York and Pennsylvania and then extending southwest to the Central Plains of the United States. Within this area of smoke, a large area of moderate density smoke extended from northern Ontario south to the Upper Midwest of the United States extending west through the southern portion of the Canadian Provinces, Northern Plains, Northern and Central Rockies towards Washington, Oregon and California. The highest density smoke was confined to near and just downwind of fire locations. Further to the north, an area of moderate density smoke, from fires over northern British Columbia and the Yukon, was extending from northern Saskatchewan to the Northwest Territories. DUST: Caribbean Sea.... The leading edge of Saharan Dust continues working through the Caribbean Sea and southwest Atlantic and was approaching the eastern Bahamas.
