THROUGH 0200Z February 1, 2019.
SMOKE: Southeastern U.S... Numerous seasonal type fires were detected across the Southeastern U.S. with a number of fairly localized primarily thin density smoke plumes visible as well. DUST: California... Leftover thin density blowing dust was seen across central California and extending to the west and off the coast of central California. This dust was likely kicked up over the past 24 hours by the weather system which is now moving into southern California. JS THIS TEXT PRODUCT IS PRIMARILY INTENDED TO DESCRIBE SIGNIFICANT AREAS OF SMOKE ASSOCIATED WITH ACTIVE FIRES AND SMOKE WHICH HAS BECOME DETACHED FROM THE FIRES AND DRIFTED SOME DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE SOURCE FIRE.
