Details/Specifics of Change: GOES-13 (GOES-East) will be performing
Quarterly Space Measurements during the 1534 UTC housekeeping on
Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Two imager and one sounder frames will
replace the housekeeping commanding. All three frames will be located
off Earth, viewing space.

Please note: No regularly scheduled imager or sounder frames will be
canceled.
