the HRPT data is now being received at Monterey and being transmitted

NESDIS. First Monterey HRPT data received at ESPC was at 1757 UTC.
*Update1:* ESPC was informed by Monterey that all updates have been
completed. METOP data is being received and sent to NESDIS now.

TWO DAYS have been scheduled for hardware, firmware, and software
updates. During that time there will be NO HRPT DATA FROM THE GROUND
STATION AT MONTEREY
