*Update:* ESPC is still not receiving the HRPT (HIPS) data from
Monterey. The problem is under investigation.
*Update1:* USN/FNMOC cutover to a new circuit yesterday. They were
unaware of problems until advised this morning. They just completed
adjustments to router configs. FTP between HRPT ingester and NESDIS has
been restored. First HRPT (HIPS) data from Monterey came in at
1730 UTC.
