On April 21,2012 @ 1419 UTC ESPC started receiving DMSP F-15 orbits only with incorrect J/day and orbit numbers from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center), Monterey, Ca.

Espc was informed on April 23,2012 @ 1602 UTC that the problem was corrected at FNMOC.
