*Update 4:*ESPC has fixed the issue on ASCAT process. The near
real time
ASCAT products are being generated and we are also processing the
backlog data over next few hours.

Update 3:* NCEP's GFS model did the major upgrade and there is the
output product change to the GFS model output. This change is causing
the failure of ASCAT and high density winds applications. ESPC is
working on the solution and will solve the issue as soon as possible.
