Details/Specifics of Change: The GOES-13 Sounder has been producing
data
dropouts since July 13, 2012. This is occurring despite mitigating
steps
that were taken on June 21, 2012 to remedy data dropouts that had
occurred
for the period of June 20 to June 21, 2012. Investigations are
underway to
determine the root cause of the data dropouts that began for this most
recent dropout period on July 13, 2012 and are still occurring.
