Monthly RSS interruption
Rapid Scanning Service will be suspended for scheduled Full Earth
Scanning and Ground Segment Maintenance.
Full Earth Images, if any, will not be disseminated. Upon resuming the
Rapid Scanning Service, most meteorological products may take up to 30
minutes to resume.
Note, the Multi-Sensor Precipitation Estimate (MPE) may take up to 18
hours to fully resume.

Reset of the satellite onboard clock time.
Due to the reset of METOP's onboard clock,  the OBT_UTC coefficient
within the admin message sent from the spacecraft to ground will be
invalid between 10:18 & 11:50 UTC (approx). Therefore, there is a risk
of interruption of EARS Svalbard products (Metop-A ATOVS, AVHRR, IASI
and ASCAT) from the Fast Dump Extract System (FDES).
