They report finding no problem. As a failsafe, they will restart their system. ESPC has placed call to sys. admin. to investigate the problem from our side. *Update #2: *Monterey (HIPS) operator called ESPC and said he had restarted their system and he was shipping data out OK. He suggested ESPC check our side again. The sys admin for ESPC checked our side and it is OK. The sys admin suspects it is a problem between the Monterey (HIPS) office and FNMOC.
